Taylor is the perfect combination of frank and funny, and manages to lead the motley, yet brilliant crew of creatives at FutureNow Marketing to get the job done. Though he can’t spell, he is passionate about helping service business owners navigate the Internet oceans filled with sharks and unsavory pirates. If you ever get “Taylored”, consider yourself lucky –he does it for your own good and for the growth of your company!

Shannon Good, one of the co-founders of FutureNow Marketing, advocates for prioritizing the consumer’s experience as the cornerstone of any marketing strategy, ensuring effective communication and connection with the intended audience. “Perspective is Everything” – Marcus Aurelius
Shannon is also a mother of three and a “Mimi” to 3 grandchildren. She has a work-hard, play-hard mentality, embracing all of life’s experiences.

Carter, the other big cheese at FutureNow Marketing to, is a master of big words and cooking, though not at the same time. He is a perfectly balanced mixture of Yin & Yang, and has a fine-tuned eye for great design and storytelling. He is a lover of coffee, cigars, good books, and anything that is not sports related, and his soothing voice has earned him the honor of being our very own Morgan Freeman. In fact, many clients call just to hear his voice.

Cori, the Operations Manager at FutureNow, keeps things running smoothly by collaborating with clients and departments. Despite a busy home life with kids, pets, and various chores, she finds time for outdoor adventures like kayaking and hiking.

Maureen was born and raised in Kentucky and has more cousins than we can count on all our hands combined. She’s a wife and mother of three (four if you count her huge fur baby, Eliot, an Old English Mastiff), so organization and efficiency are part of her DNA. When she’s not working on SOPs and making FNM more efficient, she can be found swimming, woodworking, reading, traveling, and bingeing on true crime. Oh, and she loves her birthday, so, happy birthday, Maureen!

A Slippery Rock graduate with a Marketing focus, Sami conquered pandemic studies. Volunteer media experience and healthcare marketing honed her skills for success as an Account Manager, where she champions online growth for small businesses. Outside of work, Sami prioritizes quality time with her husband and their dog Waylon, maintaining a healthy balance that includes reading and an active lifestyle (Waylon playfully leads the charge!).

I have a deep affection for all animals and enjoy the company of 3 horses, 2 dogs, and a cat at home. I love spending time outdoors and tending to my property. Deep down, I am a true homebody.

Jonathan has been with us from the start and knows a little bit about every aspect of the business. He spends the majority of his days working on video, managing FutureNow Marketing’s social media accounts, fixing problems, making “dad jokes,” and being the world’s nerdiest hipster. He’s also largely responsible for ensuring we all have enough coffee and cat/dog videos to get through the day, so naturally, we love him.

With his boyish good looks and polite demeanor, Tom is the “Gatsby” of FutureNow Marketing. But don’t let his good looks fool you, he’s also got brains and a marketing degree, which is why he’s our Digital Marketing Manager. He is an avid Tennessee sports fan, but we love him anyway.

Alex, a digital marketing manager, thrives in the fast-paced world of online ads. He crafts winning strategies with clients, maximizing sales and return on investment through targeted online tools. Leveraging FNM’s home service expertise, Alex tailors messaging that resonates with customers. A West Virginia University graduate with a background in advertising, digital marketing, and sports management, Alex brings diverse experience to the table

Fred is FutureNow Marketing’s resident Indiana Jones. When he’s not traveling the world or out in the wilderness helping keep Boy Scouts alive, Fred’s keeping a close eye on our clients’ websites and FNM’s servers. He also helps our customers track down lost website domain registrations and website hosting accounts, plans site migrations, and sets up new email services.

Doug’s unique blend of web design passion and construction project management experience allows him to see projects from both sides. A Jefferson University graduate with a construction management degree. He honed his understanding of various trades through hands-on construction work and management. After college, Doug’s desire to create led him to web development, where he combines his coding skills with a passion for building efficient online tools.

A Kutztown Univerity Graduate with a focus on UX/UI design, Alex is an experienced web designer with a hunger and passion to constantly improve. He loves making beautiful websites and finds inspiration in modern achitecture. In his free time he’s a total gear head; wrenching on his 90’s project car and taking it to shows. He can see the potential in any project, whether it’s a classic car or your marketing.

As part of our Design Team, Danielle works her magic to make our sites look great and represent our clients’ individual styles. She enjoys exploring new coffee shops and getting lost in a good book. She also loves to travel, and her go-to destination is Disney World – in fact, before she worked her magic with us, she used to make magic happen there! In addition to Disney World, she’s visited 9 different countries (unless you count Epcot’s World Showcase, that is).

Emily started out as a contract writer, and now she’s leading the writing team, optimizing content and researching keywords full time. When she’s not hanging out with her cats and kiddos, she enjoys reading books, doing puzzles, cross stitching, and fantasizing about her next tattoo – preferably with a coffee or Diet Mountain Dew by her side.

For anything digital media-related, Alyssa is the one to turn to – updating social pages, creating posts, email campaigns, and everything else in between. Born and raised in Northern California, Alyssa has a passion for music (vinyl is her jam), exploring on her boat, and indulging in delicious food. When not rocking out, you’ll find her spending time with her husband, son, and their furry crew (2 cats and a Rottweiler), and cracking sarcastic jokes.

As a lover of writing and research, Hannah knows how to provide top-notch content for our client base. Outside of work, she’s is a total #craftgirl whose DIY prowess knows no bounds. She’s also a proud plant parent, prefers animals to most people (15/10 obsessed with her furbaby), and loves pigs, rats, and other rodents. Having spent 3.5 years at Disney “hanging out with” characters like Chip, Dale, Jessie the Cowgirl, and more, she really helps make our team more magical all around!
