Depending on referrals and real estate agents resulted in an inconsistent and unreliable pipeline of jobs. Additionally, JJ felt overwhelmed at the thought of learning everything about marketing to attempt to do it himself.
As a result, he couldn't scale his business because jobs from relators and referrals weren't dependable or scalable.
